Quoted for your stay is all inclusive there are no additional charges e.g. booking or credit/debit card fees and we do not ask for any seasonal fuel supplement. When booking a 20% deposit will be due, on receiving the deposit we will confirm the booking by email.

The remainder of the payment balance will be due 6 weeks before the start date for your stay. 

Bookings made 6 weeks or less before the start date for your stay will require payment for the full amount at the time of booking.  

We will send directions and details of key collection for Sandy’s once we receive the payment balance in full.

On the day of arrival, the annex will be available from 3PM and on the day of departure we ask that you to vacate the house by 10:30AM. This allows us to thoroughly clean the house for and carryout any maintenance before the arrival of the next guests.

Off-street parking is available for 2 cars and  there is the capacity to provide secure storage for bikes and other outdoor equipment, so please let us know prior to booking what you intend to store and we will confirm that the space is available.
